Adult Day Care
We offer our Adult Day Care Program Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm. We can accommodate participants with special needs for drop off and pick up times. These arrangements must be made in advance.
Day Care participants may take part in all meals and activities taking place during the day, including all three chef prepared meals and snacks. We assist with medications and procedures of daily living.
These services are provided to you and your loved one in a safe and warm atmosphere that is licensed by the state of Florida.
Respite Care
Respite Care is offered under a daily rate. You will find everything you need, including:
Nursing Care
As an Assisted Living
Facility we at Forest Lake Manor maintain a highly skilled dedicated
staff. A standard ALF resident follows under the following
requirements:

Eighteen years old or older
-
Able to perform activities of daily living with supervision
or assistance
-
Free of communicable disease which is likely to be
transmitted to other residents or staff
-
Capable of participating in social and leisure activities
-
Capable of taking his or her own medication with or without
supervision by trained staff, requires administration of
medication and facility has appropriately licensed staff.

Capable of self-preservation with assistance from staff in
an emergency involving evacuation of the facility.
-
Represented by a legal guardian if determined to be
incapacitated
Limited Nursing Services
-
Any nursing service permitted under a standard license.
-
Provided with an authorization from a health care provider,
a copy of which shall be maintained in the resident’s file

Nursing assessments conducted at least monthly
-
Provide passive range of motion exercises
-
Applying ice caps, collars, moist and dry heat
-
Care of stage 2 pressure sores
-
Caring for casts, braces and splints
