Limited Nursing Services
- Any nursing service permitted under a standard license.
- Provided with an authorization from a health care provider, a copy of which shall be maintained in the resident’s file
- Nursing assessments conducted at least monthly
- Provide passive range of motion exercises
- Applying ice caps, collars, moist and dry heat
- Care of stage 2 pressure sores
- Caring for casts, braces and splints
